My ethos
I have a sensitive and facilitative approach to working with emerging and established authors, and I am a meticulous editor and researcher. I understand the complexity of publishing schedules, and my approach is flexible and responsive to changing publisher needs.
My experience
I am an experienced editor, writer and academic with expertise in Welsh writing in English.
I have worked with literature organisations and throughout the Welsh publishing sector as an editor and proofreader, and I served for two years as Publishing Grants Officer at the Books Council of Wales.

I am Emeritus Professor of English Literature and Creative Writing at Swansea University, and a conflict coach and accredited mediator.
